The HRIS Manager is an integral part of the People & Development team, they are a true partner to the internal team and are responsible for the transformational initiatives across the group as it relates to the HRIS system and correspondingly the embedding of processes required to foster and create a dynamic, coherent and stable environment.
They play a critical role in driving operational improvements across all areas of the organization. At its core, this role supervises the implementation and daily operation of our HRIS. You will perform a range of duties including processing employee data, preparing reports, and developing data processing systems.The successful candidate will be responsible for:
