    As a Principal Analyst in marketing, this role will sit across and coordinate that effort to ensure that we delight our new and existing customers and that we see a return on every pound we invest.

    Being a results-driven Principal Analyst you will lead the development of rigorous actionable insights that drive marketing strategy.

    You will work with a variety of different metrics and models, such as brand health, econometrics, digital attribution, CRM, and LTV.

    Leading a small team of analysts, you will be a player-manager, both driving strategy as well as rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in.

    Through skilled communication and storytelling, you will translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Partnering with marketing Team Leads, you will ensure informed decision-making across the full funnel.

    Act as the subject matter expert for marketing analytics, working closely with the CMO to build a robust understanding of the impact of marketing activity on business metricsLead marketing analytics and reporting for Uswitch, developing and optimising a future-proofed foundation that drives decisions across paid, earned and owned channels both within each channel and combined across channelsBe a driving force in the development of a single customer view, fuelling a central audience strategy that informs next best action models across all digital channelsDevelop a robust LTV model, working with marketing leads to optimise investment decisions and activity based on longer-term valuePresent and explain complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at various levelsWhat we're looking for:Proficiency in all areas of marketing analytics such as brand health, digital attribution, customer segmentation and value, CRM and LTV.

    Knowledge of econometrics is a plusExcellent communication skills, with the ability to extract and clearly articulate the most meaningful information from data to a wide variety of audiencesExcellent SQL and data manipulation / wrangling skills; particularly in reference to Google BigQuery and DBTStrong base knowledge of statistical modelling techniques, e.g.

    Significance Testing, Multivariate Modelling, MMM, p-value, A/B testingExperience managing and developing other analystsYou don't need to tick off everything on this list - so don't let that hold you back from applying.
