    H9 Technical Recruitment are looking to hire an Asset Manager to work for our Renewable Energy client on a hybrid basis with travel to their London office when needed.

    You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, financial performance, and compliance with regulations and contractual agreements for solar assets across UKThis is a FTC until the end of the year Role and Responsibilities: Overseeing a diverse portfolio of solar parks, ensuring optimal performance, production, and profitabilityCoordinating all aspects of operations and maintenance (O&M) activities for solar assets in cooperation with the in-house O&M departmentImplementing and overseeing monitoring and reporting systems to track the operational performance of solar parks.

    Identifying and resolving performance issues to maximize energy productionEnsuring compliance with all contractual obligations, PPA obligations, permits, and regulatory requirements across the portfolioManaging budgets, controlling costs, and optimizing revenue generation.

    Analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing cost-saving measuresIdentifying and mitigating operational and financial risks related to solar asset managementBuilding and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders, including investors, clients, regulatory authorities, and local communitiesEnsuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations of the projectsLeading a team of asset managers, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g engineering, business, renewable energy)Minimum of 3 years experience in asset management within the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar energyStrong understanding of solar park operations, maintenance, and performance optimization.

    Excellent financial acumen and budget management skillsUnderstanding of local and international regulations and permitting requirementsStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a global and diverse environment
