    Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is on the hunt for a compassionate and motivated person to join their team in Cannock.

    Our client is a renowned healthcare provider, specialising in care homes and services for adults with complex needs.

    They are committed to delivering person-centred care, and they're looking for a Commissioning Care Home Manager who shares this ethos.

    As a Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will:

    Drive occupancy by effectively marketing the home
    Foster continuous improvement within your team
    Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
    Ensure the delivery of person-centred care
    Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of care and safetyPackage and Benefits:
    As the Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will receive:

    Paid NMC membershipThe ideal Commissioning Care Home Manager will have:

    Qualifications as a Nurse (RMN/RNLD/RGN)
    Understanding of CQC regulations
    Strong management and communication skills
    Ability to manage budgets and financial plans
    Experience in leading a multidisciplinary team
