    Provan Hall is an A listed medieval building located in Auchinlea Park, which sits at the heart of Easterhouse.

    Thebuilding has undergone a £2m restoration by Glasgow City Council that will safeguard this important heritageasset as a new hub for heritage learning and engagement, and a visitor gateway to the Seven Lochs WetlandPark.

    Following its restoration, Provan Hall is managed and operated by the Provan Hall Community Management Trust.

    The aimof the Trust is to engage and inspire local people to value and take part in caring for their local heritage.

    Weaim to provide opportunities that connect local people and visitors to Provan Hall through inclusive andcreative means of heritage interpretation and activities.

    Provan Hall Community Management Trust were awarded a grant by the National Lottery Community Awards for All fund toinitiate a youth programme at Provan Hall.

    Following on from the success of this project, we have been awarded agrant by The Graham Trust and The Robertson Trust.

    These grant enables us to focus a programme of engagementwith young people aged 5 – 24 across Easterhouse, Glasgow. The postholder will coordinate a programme ofactivities for young people to inspire enthusiasm and develop participation in our organisation.

    The post holderwill further develop our current connections with local youth groups and initiate new ones across the widerarea, furthering young people's involvement in Provan Hall and our organisation.

    The role will includecoordinating with our project partners, developing youth forums, liaising with freelance professionals, staffand supervising volunteers. This is a maternity leave post initially covering 9 months of maternity leave butmay extend to 12 months.

    Rock Trust are delighted to be expanding the successful 'Housing First for Youth' service into Glasgow. We arelooking for a team member who has experience of supporting young vulnerable people accessing our services. Therole will involve working intensively with a small caseload of young people to coordinate and provide emotionaland practical support.

    The Project Worker will work directly with young people to coordinate and provide emotional and practical support ona 1:1 and group basis.

    Working with young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness to ensure that whenhomelessness can't be avoided, their experience of homelessness is rare, brief, and non-recurring.

    The Project Worker will offer line management, guidance, and support to Support Assistants and volunteers, workingtogether to support young people to return or remain at home, improve their practical independent living skills,set up their own tenancy and access other services and to reach their full potential.

    Project Workers areresponsible for completing support plans and risk assessments and are the main contact for any key peopleinvolved in the care and support of young people.

    Establish and maintain a network of youth forums in Helensburgh, West Dunbartonshire, and Lomond.

    A relevant qualification, to a minimum standard of HNC/SVQ 3 (SCQF level 7) in a discipline related to working withchildren and young people, or equivalent work experience.

    Ideally, you will have experience working with children in Early Years settings.

    You will also need a minimum of two years' experience working in youth work, community, or education settings, aswell as demonstrate knowledge of co-production, child protection, participatory decision-making, and muchmore.

    Perth and Kinross with travel required across the locality and some home working (Hybrid)

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Project Worker to join our Youth Homelessness Support Service,funded by Perth and Kinross Council the service aims to support young people to transistion from homelessnessinto settled accommodation, as well as supporting those in tenancies who may be at risk of eviction and youngpeople who want to return home and maintain relationships with their families.

    The Project Worker will work withyoung people aged 16-25 years.

    The Project Worker will be a leading member of the team, establishing positive relationships with partner agenciesacross Perth, working to ensure that youth homelessness rates reduce, and that a young person's experience ofhomelessness is rare, brief and non-recurring.

    For applicants that don't currently meet the requirements for registration as a support worker in a Housing Supportservice with the SSSC, this post can be offered as a technical apprenticeship giving the successful candidate apathway to achieving the SVQ level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care.
