    Description

    Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your skills in bid writing and coordination can drive growth and support our mission? As a Bid Lead at Mencap, you'll be an integral part of our national team, playing a key role in writing and coordinating high-quality submissions to support our growth targets.

    Crafting compelling bids that resonate with our stakeholders and address their unique needs.

    • Building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth.
    • Acting as a quality control check on tender submissions, ensuring best practices are followed.
    • You will work closely with the Business Development Team, Service Managers, the Operations Team, Finance Team and the Legal Team. Established writing skills to produce tailored responses to bids.
    • Demonstrable bid writing experience.
