- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop the entity rationalisation strategy and programme plan
- Co-ordinate in-house functional teams and third-party professional services firms (consultancy and legal) in the delivery of specific workstreams of the programme
- Support the UK&I integration lead in establishing appropriate governance and assurance controls to facilitate decision-making, manage strategic risks and ensure business readiness for change
- Identify and escalate cross-functional risks, issues, and decisions that arise, facilitating their mitigation and resolution with the programme team and business stakeholders
- Identify, track and manage critical interdependencies across various workstreams including finance, tax, regulatory, operations and restructuring
- Chair project delivery groups and report progress to the relevant Steering Committee and Integration Management Office
- Solicit inputs from operational stakeholders to facilitate change management of the programme and retain pace of change alongside all other change efforts
- Codify the entity rationalisation process by documenting process and building out templates and tools to make it repeatable for subsequent acquisitions
- Act as a trusted partner to the UK&I Integration Lead and IMO colleagues, supporting as a collaborator in identifying innovative ways to move the programme forward
- Deep knowledge of change management with exposure and understanding of business operating model re-engineering, including business and process analysis
- Credible and solution-oriented professional with advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with complex problems
- A keen ability to execute and deliver results and act with a sense of urgency
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to collaborate and quickly build effective working relationships
- 3+ years of project management experience, with direct accountability for delivery of business transformation programmes
- Hands-on experience of managing complex change programmes in dynamic environments
- Experience in insurance operations and/or benefits operations
- Experience in managing third-party vendors and teams

Description
We are recruiting for a Project Manager, on a contract basis, to support the UK&I Integration Manager in driving the execution of entity rationalisation and other integration projects as required. This individual will act as a primary contact for key operational stakeholders in the day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring they achieve the core objectives and timescales.
