- Oversee and manage regulatory compliance within the professional services sector.
- Provide legal advice and solutions to clients on regulatory matters.
- Develop your expertise over a broad range of consumer, payments and wholesale financial services and will work on a range of engagements, including advising on authorisation and structuring of regulated businesses, regulatory compliance, regulatory change, launch of new products, and multi-jurisdictional projects
- Maintain awareness of regulatory changes within the professional services industry.
