Our client is a leading investment and asset manager focused on town centre and retail assets across the UK. The team have a strong track record in repositioning community retail and town centres, and work with leading equity investors, Local Authorities and a broad range of lenders across both equity and debt markets.

The basic salary of the role will be dependant on the previous experience and level of the successful individual but the salary is expected to be up to £60,000 -£65,000 plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.
