- 2030 BIG BETS: Select and develop innovative solutions for sustainable packaging goals by reducing risks for specific platforms.
- ECOSYSTEM: Collaborate with external R&D teams to maximize the benefits from suppliers.
- INDUSTRY CONSORTIA: Influence and deliver results through leading industry groups.
- GOVERNANCE: Manage relationships internally to incorporate innovations into the business pipeline.
- FIT FOR PURPOSE CAPABILITY PLANNING: Assist in Supplier Relationship Management and capability planning for priority projects.
- EXTERNAL VISIBILITY: Promote Haleon's R&D Packaging and leadership within the industry.
- Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree.
7+ years experience in FMCG Packaging Development (Consumer or Healthcare preferred).
Proven track record in project management and innovation delivery.
Experience in managing complex developments and technology roadmaps. - Preferred Qualifications:
Master of Science or PhD.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to define work packages and manage risk effectively.
Autonomous decision-making capabilities with a focus on strategy implementation.
