    As an
    CMDBDiscovery Analysts , you will assist with Configuration Management Database (CMDB) onboarding, update tickets and assist with
    CMDBdiscovery trouble shooting activities.

    modify, and create server-side object-oriented JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell.

    your 'CCNA' level of networking knowledge to include routing protocols, TCP/UDP transmission, IP transit diagnosis, sub-netting and implement advanced troubleshooting.

    Gather and analyze IP packet level data.

    Server Administration across OS platforms and understand the described domain structures, user permission levels, group policy objects and the execution of SUDO Policies.

    Business Applications and their functionality in the ITIL model.
    communicate, and implement the ITIL

    of ServiceNow Fundamentals.
