- System Management and Enhancement: Oversee the upkeep and enhancement of our D365 suite, contribute to user training and documentation, and participate in user groups when required.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain detailed documentation to support knowledge dissemination and future improvements.
- Stay Informed: Keep abreast of the latest features and capabilities within the Power Platform, assess their potential impact on the organisation, and suggest innovative strategies for process enhancement.
- Support and Collaboration: Assume responsibility for addressing support escalations, collaborate effectively with teams across different functions, and provide guidance to junior colleagues.
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency as a Power Platform specialist, emphasising expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Power Automate Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Power Automate for crafting workflows, approvals, and automating business processes.
- Organizational Aptitude: Exceptional organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
