We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join the team in our Home Improvement Agency based in Martley, Worcester.
We will give you the tools and knowledge to ensure our customers and prescribers receive an outstanding level of customer service every time they have contact with us.

Answering customer queries by phone and email, offering advice on a range of services and signposting where necessaryResponsible for monitoring and checking the progress of referrals on in-house systems
Establishing relationships and building rapport with service users to understand their needs and ensure that they feel informed and engaged
reporting equipment repairs and requirements through contact with the relevant Service Centre
Strong communication skills including an excellent telephone manner
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
40 hours a week, Monday – Friday 08.Up to 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) plus optional 5 unpaid days (pro rata for part-time)
