    You will join a teamof professionals who will guide you and help you develop yourskills and knowledge while working on real projects and realclients. These roles are ideal for people who like problemsolvingand can adapt to changes. At BKL we appreciate and valueindividuals who can work autonomously but still collaborate with awider team.

    You will have the opportunity tolearn and grow as an accountant while delivering high quality workas part of your team (or pod as we callthem)

    What you canexpect:

    • To be placed within our twobiggest teams either Assurance (Audit) or Advanced BusinessServices (Accounts).
    • Daytoday bookkeeping andaccounts prep.
    • Prepare VAT returns managementaccounts and statutory accounts.
    • Assist theseniors within your team and learn from their experience.
    • Be assigned to one of our industryrelated podsystems where you will work with various industries withindifferent sectors including Music & Entertainment PropertyFinancial Services and Not forProfit.

    You will be ideal for thisrole if you

    • Have GCSE Grade 5 andabove in English and Maths GCSE.
    • Obtain a 2:1
    • Have alternative qualifications equivalent tothe above.
    • Are comfortable with studying whilstworking.
    • Have great organisational andproblemsolving abilities.
    • Are able to learn andreceive continuous feedback on how to improve and grow in youraccountancy journey.
