    This job is responsible for managing the end-to-end product life cycle, including conducting market research and competitor analyses, determining product pricing, developing short and long-term strategies, identifying innovative opportunities to modernize product offerings and deliver a more unified customer experience, and adhering to the Product Risk Management policy.

    Job expectations may include ensuring that product management efforts are integrated with sales, marketing, operations, implementation, and customer service strategies.

    Develops and manages credit products for commercial and corporate (wholesale) credit. Identifies and creates comprehensive plans for product development and deployment, including supporting the creation of sales training programs and marketing materials to educate clients and internal teams on product capabilities


    • Oversees a set of products and maintains financials, including managing the investment profile and profit and loss (P&L) activities, such as revenue and profit margins
    • Manages risk through implementing and monitoring effective controls in partnership with key support partners
    • Manage the end-to-end client and employee experience with wholesale credit product(s) including: integration across multiple lines of businesses and coordination with multiple risk disciplines, development of short- and long-term strategies for assigned product(s), and designing and tailoring products to meet client needs.
    • Competencies required include strong analytical skills with breadth of view, knowledge of wholesale credit products, demonstrated strategic planning/product and process management skills, negotiation skills.
    Market Analysis


    • 5+ years of Product management, process design or project management experience are required
    • Attention to detail, ability to consider risk/reward balance
    • Strength in Excel and PowerPoint are necessary to succeed in this role
    Additional, valuable skills include knowledge of underlying credit processes to deliver these products (structuring, underwriting, monitoring, fulfillment, servicing ...)
