    What You'll Do

    • Drivethe market in reaching key performance indicators (KPIs) for accountprofile by developing and sustaining strong partner relationships,providing relevant data insights and superior consulting services to keyaccount hotel partners (revenue management advice, marketing opportunitieson )
    • Ensurethat key account product (coverage, content, rates and availability)is consistently optimized and competitive on Group to maximizecustomer conversion. Secure additional inventory over high demand andcompression periods to satisfy customers' pressing needs
    • Secureseasonal deals, evergreen and dynamic promotions within the guidelines setby Management to support the brands' merchandising and marketing efforts.Help to launch promotional campaigns to enhance productivity andopportunities to manage room availability and maintain competitiveness Group
    • Theability to communicate well with partners to help grow our businessportfolio including preparation of relevant presentation materials to aidin growing our business during partner meetings
    • Understandthe market and good knowledge of the industry
    • Ideallywith strong knowledge of direct connectivity, andexperience working with chain hotel

    Who You Are

    • A minimumof 5 years of key account management, specificallywithin the chain hotel sector
    • In-depthunderstanding of the OTAs industry and European market dynamics
    • Stronganalytical capabilities & presentation skills
    • Travelwill be required for partner meetings
    • Flexibilityto fast-changing business environment, and a fast leaner
    • Demonstratesability to prioritize work and be laser-focused on achieving a variety ofKPIs (targets, goals and/or strategic objectives)
    • Hungry,ambitious, motivated, action-oriented, results-focused, and metrics-driven
    • RelationshipManagement, sincere relationship builder
    • Proficiencyin English, other languages a plus but not required
    • Ableto work independently as well as be a strong team player, always seekingto improve team and organizational performance
