- You will be liaising with other departments to provide two-way communication in a professional, courteous and prompt manner. Effectively working with customer care teams on issues that require attention and providing a timely resolution to any issues or queries.
- You will be responsible handling all customer bookings such as telephone enquiries, email bookings, web and app bookings.
- Dealing with both new and existing customers
- Converting quotes provided into sales
- Problem solving and dealing with difficult calls and customers
- Providing a friendly professional service and promoting our brand in a positive manner
- Taking a high volume of calls during busy times
- Associated administrative duties
- Deal with enquires from drivers and highlight significant issues to the Management Team. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Administrative experience preferably within a contact centre environment
- Able to understand bespoke systems and be proficient in all Microsoft Office Products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Calm, professional manner
- Target driven and motivated
- Friendly, hardworking and able to work as part of a team Full-time or Part-time available – Various hours The role pays between £MW and £11.00 per hour. Company benefits include of holidays, overtime and team evenings out.
