    Description

    We are actively seeking a highly skilled Director of SEO to join our team and ramp up our organic growth.

    You will play a crucial role in creating and executing powerful search engine optimization strategies to boost organic traffic, engagement, and conversions. As the leader, you will carry the weight of driving pipeline growth and revenue contribution. Collaboration with various teams like content, web development, and product marketing will also be a key part of your responsibilities.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Direct Docebo's global SEO strategy and oversee its impact on revenue and pipeline.
    • Lead, mentor, and motivate the team by providing effective coaching and guidance, fostering an environment of excellence.
    • Act as a vital stakeholder for web development, supporting roadmap construction.
    • Analyze and present reports on SEO performance, highlighting its effects on pipeline and revenue targets.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research to pinpoint strategic opportunities and guide content optimization initiatives across different languages and regions.
    • Identify and proactively tackle technical SEO obstacles, presenting data-driven suggestions for enhancement and efficiency.
    • Manage and implement link building campaigns to elevate rankings for core keywords.
    • Be the go-to SEO expert at Docebo, openly sharing best practices, cutting-edge approaches (including AI), and actionable insights to enhance SEO proficiency across the organization.

    Requirements:
    • Approximately 8+ years of hands-on experience and practical expertise in all facets of SEO, covering technical SEO, on- and off-page strategies, content marketing, and more.
    • At least 5 years of experience managing revenue-focused goals & KPIs while leading teams (SQOs, SQO $, efficiency metrics, etc).
    • Proven track record of delivering outstanding SEO results for extensive, multilingual, intricate websites, and familiarity with enterprise journey mapping.
    • Industry background in B2B, SaaS, or relevant sectors.
    • Experience overseeing technical aspects of websites is a plus.
