    What will help you succeed:
    Being flexible & goal oriented.
    Advanced English skills.
    Relevant experience in a software development or delivery organization working with agile teams.
    Knowledge of agile scaled frameworks. Agile certifications are a plus
    Experience with risk management, operations, P&L and forecasting.
    Being able to detect opportunities to improve project performance.
    MBA degree or similar studies is a big plus
