- Care Home Manager The Chase, Watford £85, per annum Healthcare Homes Group are recruiting for a Care Home Manager for The Chase. Located in Watford, the home is currently rated Good by the CQC. About the Home: The Chase is a large, modern care home which provides residential and nursing care to elderly people living in Hertfordshire. Arranged over three floors, our bedrooms can be personalised to make them a real home-from-home, and residents are able to enjoy a selection of lounges, dining rooms and well-kept gardens for relaxing, socialising and entertaining. The home provides a warm and friendly environment for residents and the staff are committed to meeting the residents' expectations at every level About you: Are you passionate and committed to providing quality care? At Healthcare Homes, we are passionate about delivering an excellent standard of care and support to our residents and colleagues. Our Registered Managers lead by example, managing a team of nurses, carers and support staff to meet our residents needs on a daily basis. Overseeing all aspects of the home from quality and governance, retention and recruitment and financial performance, you will have a proven track record of meeting CQC standards and building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Previous management experience in a nursinghome setting is essential along with the ability to create a compassionate and respectful environment for your staff and residents. A strong commercial acumen is desirable as you will be accountable for the operations and activities within the home. A RGN with a valid pin would be desirable for this position.
