    Role Overview:

    As a Security Compliance Specialist at KX, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with ISMS and other regulatory requirements. Your expertise in security compliance, including ISO and SOC, will be essential in driving continuous improvement and maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security.

    Responsibilities:


    • Lead ISO and SOC audits for the business


    • Design and implement Risk Management and Business Resilience/Continuity Programs


    • Regularly assess ISMS controls for compliance and improvement


    • Maintain ISMS policies and standards


    • Implement and manage Risk Management and Business Resilience/Continuity Programs, aiming for ISO and ISO certification respectively


    • Mentor security, IT, and other teams


    • Provide guidance on emerging regulatory requirements


    • Support Sales/Clients as needed

    Requirements:


    • Background in security compliance


    • Familiarity with ISO and SOC


    • Experience in Risk Management, Business Resilience, and Continuity


    • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as CCPA, GDPR, and DPDP


    • Excellent communication and leadership skills


    • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
