- Act as the primary point of contact with the software provider (Zellis), managing communication, coordinating updates and upgrades, ensuring the provider meets expectations
- Organise and lead change advisory board meetings
- Analyse processes, identifying areas for continuous improvement
- Gather and document user requirements and specifications for system changes
- Complete system configuration requirements, testing and change control documentation for enhancements and system changes.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy updates and upgrades, modifications and enhancements
- Support and upskill system users and provide user manuals and guides
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for system issues and errors
- Document system processes, procedures and standards
- Ensure system compliance with data security and privacy regulations
- Design and develop ad-hoc custom reports
- Monitor and address system-related issues, prioritising and leveraging best practises and solutions and escalating issues if required

Substantial experience in a similar role with knowledge of HR systems is essential and previous experience with Zellis (ResourceLink/MyView), is particularly advantageous.
A good knowledge of system analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation methodologies and Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, or other programming languages.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are important, along with great communication and relationship building skills – with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
