    Description

    Looking for fresh talent for a leading creative production agency. They work with major brands to deliver innovative and impactful campaigns that drive sales and brand visibility.

    Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join a global accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background in print,

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the end-to-end process of all materials related to each campaign, from concept development to final delivery.
    • Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, production, and account management, to ensure alignment with client objectives and timelines.
    • Liaise with external suppliers and vendors to source materials, obtain quotes, and oversee production schedules.
    • Conduct quality assurance checks on all printed materials to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the production process, ensuring timely resolution.

    Requirements:

    • Have 1-2 years experience in an agency environment
    • Have Client / Account management and ideally Production management skills (training will be provided in the production side by the wider AM team as well)
    • Have excellent communication skills, people skills and are intuitive to customer's business needs
    • Are a hands-on operator who can think 'outside the box'
    • Are Digitally savvy and excited about creative production business
    • Excellent prioritisation, time management and attention to details
    • have experience of working on global accounts (desired)
    • You can speak other languages (highly desired)
    • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for design and quality.

    Location and Working Arrangements: This role is based in London, UK, with hybrid working arrangements available. While some onsite presence may be required for meetings and collaboration, flexible remote working options are also available.
