    Description
    Our esteemed client, dedicated to supporting various communities, seeks an operations manager to join their team full-time.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in education or training, eager to coach, manage and tutor other educators in the field.

    This role will involve travelling across a range of sites including Norwich, Bedford, London, and Leicester. This role offers a range of excellent benefits and a salary of up to £38,000.

    This includes providing support to the recruitment team, managing a small team of prison-based tutors, and handling day-to-day operational tasks such as resource planning and managing provision to meet targets.

    The role entails acting as the primary liaison with prisons regarding staffing, rooms, and resources, while also fostering a culture of continuous improvement in education quality and learner experience.

    To succeed in this role, you ideally have teaching qualifications and demonstrate experience in operational management within an education or training setting.

    Your commitment to training and developing the team aligns seamlessly with their dedication to excellence.

    In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £38,000 depending on your experience, an attractive 32-day holiday, and a great working environment within this prestigious establishment.
