    Sales and Account Manager – Engineering or Industrial Experience Required

    Express Recruitment are very excited to be working with our existing client who are a market leader within the aerospace sector.

    Due to success and growth within the industry, they are expanding and building their sales team and require a business development representative join their team.

    The successful candidate will take responsibility for generating opportunities with new and existing clients, with experience managing the full sales cycle from new business into renewals.

    This opportunity allows someone to join a multi-national organisation and build a long term and rewarding career within one of the UK's biggest employers in the sector.

    The role also allows for hybrid working, with up to 2 days per week at home.
    Maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their evolving needs, and negotiate contract renewals to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
    Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and fostering mutual success through tailored solutions and support

    Contract negotiation:
    Lead negotiations with clients to finalise agreements, ensuring favourable terms while mitigating risks and safeguarding organisational interests
    Previous experience in a sales, account management or new business role essential
    Experience of influencing stakeholders to influence upward account spend
    Experience working within Engineering,Aerospace or industrial recruitment
    If you are a Graduate with a placement year your application will also considered
    Hybrid working (2 days a week WFH)
    25 Days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
