Job Title: Business Analyst (NEC/Northgate Housing Management System)
Location: Redditch, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Salary: £65,000 per annum

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a talented NEC (Northgate) Housing Management System Specialist to join our dynamic team in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising our NEC (Northgate) housing management system to ensure seamless operations and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the NEC (Northgate) housing management system.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify system requirements and customise solutions to meet organisational needs.
Provide technical support and training to staff members on the effective use of the NEC (Northgate) system.
Develop and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in housing management systems.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards.

Requirements:

Extensive experience working with NEC (Northgate) housing management systems is essential.
Strong technical proficiency with the ability to troubleshoot issues and perform system configurations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Relevant qualifications in IT, housing management, or a related field are preferred.
