    Aufgaben
    Als International Tax Specialist:in trägst du die Verantwortung für die Beurteilung steuerlicher Sachverhalte im internationalen Kontext. Du bist eine wichtige Anlaufstelle für die Organisation für Themen des internationalen Steuerrechts und arbeitest mit an der strategischen und operativen Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse.
    Dabei warten die folgenden Aufgaben auf dich:

    Steuerrechtliche Beurteilung von Sachverhalten im internationalen Kontext und Begleitung von MHP-Projekten mit Auslandsbezug sowie eine steuerrechtliche Beratung im Rahmen der Gründung und Akquisition von Gesellschaften und sonstigen Investitionen im Ausland
    Verantwortung für die Erfüllung steuerlicher Deklarations-, Dokumentations- und Meldepflichten sowie Mitarbeit bei den Jahresabschlusstätigkeiten für die ausländischen Betriebstätten
    Umsetzung steuerlicher Registrierungen
    Betreuung steuerlicher Aspekte der Auslandsaktivitäten der MHPGruppe (wie z.B. im Rahmen von Gründungen und Akquisitionen) sowie Abbildung der Schnittstelle zu den lokalen Finanzorganisationen
    Gestaltung der Konzeption, Überwachung und Dokumentation von Verrechnungspreisen sowie die Unterstützung im Rahmen von Betriebsprüfungen
    Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse sowie Unterstützung bei der digitalen Transformation der Steuerfunktion.

    Anforderungen
    Um für deinen Weg gewappnet zu sein, hast du die folgenden Qualifikationen im Gepäck:

    Studium in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (z.B Finanz -, Wirschafts- oder Jurastudium) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und mind. drei Jahre Berufserfahrung bei einem international tätigem Unternehmen oder in der Beratung international tätiger Konzern.
    Leidenschaft für International Tax
    Expertise im internationalen Steuerrecht für mindestens drei Jahre, u.a. in den Themen Betriebsstätten-Besteuerung und Verrechnungspreise. SAP-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in der Digitalisierung des Steuer- und Rechnungswesens sind von Vorteil, ebenso wie eine abgeschlossene Steuerberatungsprüfung.
    Deine Arbeitsweise ist analytisch, ergebnisorientiert und geprägt von Teamfähigkeit.

    Arbeitszeit: in Vollzeit (40h) & 30 Urlaubstage
