    adi Projects Oil and Gas Sales Director


    We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join our team in the Oil and Gas sector and contribute to the company's success.

    The Role


    The Sales Director will be responsible for developing profitable opportunities for adi Projects and the wider adi Group from existing and potential clients within the sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Own, develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet the sales plan
    • Maintain strong knowledge of services, industry trends, and competitor activities
    • Research and analyze prospective opportunities
    • Identify networking events
    • Build and maintain relationships across the industry
    • Manage the end-to-end tender process for new business
    • Establish a strong network at all levels
    • Design innovative solutions and lead opportunities to closure
    • Hand over projects to the operational team
    • Create and lead complex bids
    • Develop relationships with targeted prospects
    • Deliver annual sales targets
    • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
    • Utilize company systems for communication
    Accountabilities:
    • Create and lead construction/project bids
    • Develop relationships with prospects
    • Convert client requirements into value propositions
    • Achieve sales targets
    • Maintain pipeline opportunities record
    About You

    To be successful as an Oil and Gas Sales Director, you will need:
    • Extensive experience in Oil and Gas Sales
    • Customer service skills
    • Verbal and written communication skills
    • Persuasion, presentation, and negotiation skills
    • Leadership and motivation abilities
    • Competitor research and trend analysis knowledge
    • Ability to demonstrate the company's value proposition to clients
