    Job Description:

    We are looking for a passionate and skilled Registered Care Manager to join our team. As the Registered Care Manager, your main role will be to oversee the delivery of top-notch care services to our clients. Your focus will be on ensuring that our care services meet all necessary regulations and cater to the unique needs and preferences of our clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership and Management:
      • Provide strong leadership to the care team, fostering a culture of compassion, respect, and professionalism.
      • Recruit, train, and manage care staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels to meet client needs.
      • Conduct regular performance reviews and offer support and guidance to staff when needed.
    • Care Planning and Implementation:
      • Assess clients' care needs and create personalized care plans in collaboration with them and their families.
      • Regularly review and update care plans to reflect any changes in the client's condition or preferences.
      • Monitor the implementation of care plans and ensure adherence to best practices.
    • Quality Assurance:
      • Establish and uphold quality assurance systems to maintain high care standards consistently.
      • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and identify areas for enhancement.
      • Take immediate action to address any concerns raised by clients, their families, or regulatory bodies.
    • Risk Management:
      • Identify and evaluate potential risks to clients' and staff's well-being and implement risk mitigation strategies.
      • Ensure all staff are trained in health and safety protocols and adhere to them at all times.
      • Investigate incidents involving clients or staff and enforce measures to prevent recurrences.
    • Communication and Collaboration:
      • Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals involved in their care.
      • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, keeping them updated on care plan changes and significant updates.
      • Collaborate with the care team, external agencies, and organizations to coordinate care services and address clients' holistic needs.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Registered Nurse qualification (RN) or equivalent.
    • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a care environment.
    • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and regulatory stipulations.
    • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
    • Capability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
    • Dedication to delivering person-centered care and upholding clients' dignity and independence.
