    Description

    Role Responsibilities:
    To deliver an outstanding customer service experience and promote activities and products to the public.
    To be the first point of contact for Customers and members of public.
    To assist with the day to day management of the shop.
    To assist with site management, including take bookings and site checks.
    Assisting with function room, boat trips, unpowered boat hire bookings.
    Conduct of efficient 'front of house' financial transactions and associated reconciliation of accounts.
    To assist with the maintenance, presentation and smooth running of visitor related facilities.
    To assist with developing and improving services offered to customers and members of public.

    To contribute to the effective administration of events, programmes and group visits, through processing bookings (telephone, in person and in writing)To assist with ensuring a high standard of security and H&S.


    Role Requirements:
    Essential Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience:Educated to at least to GCSE grade A-C / 9-4 or equivalent. To be demonstrated by a minimum of five passes including Maths and English.
