- Deputies for Curated Experience Lead as required
- Assist with the administration of activations and events, following client milestones for annual Campus Workplace Programming
- Work closely with HSEQ Team, checking and collating Insurances documents and RAMS and sending out confirmations as required.
- Manage the activation calendar
- Sourcing and creating activations and events.
- Produce and/or collate the written copy for the events and activations onto a number of platforms.
- Manage certain activations on site from planning through to delivery, always ensuring a safe environment and a high delivery standard
- Conduct site visits with potential partners and activation producers
- Work up budgets for activations and events
- Diploma or Degree Level in Hospitality or Events
- Related experience in Event Management
- Computer literate – confident in Microsoft applications, previous experience in Property Management tools
- Great telephone skills and verbal communication
- Must be customer focused, organised, and professional
- Ability to work in a team environment
