    Secteur industriel - Environnement régulé - FR/UK

    Vous rapportez auDirecteur Département Juridique et Secrétaire Général du Groupe. Vous renforcez ainsi l'équipe juridique et conformité constituée d'une dizaine de collaborateurs. Vous êtes basé à Herstal.

    Fonction

    • Vous identifiez avec le support du service juridique les réglementations applicables. Vous en assurez la bonne mise en œuvre tant au niveau éthique, compliance « corporate » que dans les domaines spécifiques à l'activité du groupe.
    • Vous intervenez concrètement dans les projets et process opérationnels du groupe afin que les volets compliance et conformité y soient intégrés (conformité et compliance by design).
    • Vous vérifiez laconformité des procédures et processus en place, proposez et implémentez les procédures et guidelines additionnelles aux politiques du groupe relatives aux domaines de la compliance.
    • Vous collaborez avec tous les départements du groupe sur les sujets faisant partie des responsabilités de la compliance (conformité «corporate», mais également REACH, SCIP, sanctions économiques en ce compris les restrictions d'exportation ou d'importation, CBAM...).
    • Vous vérifiez le respect des exigences liées à la Charte éthique, aux politiques et au code de conduite du groupe.
    • Vous participez à la promotion de l'éthique et la conformité au sein du groupe et organisez, en collaboration avec les ressources humaines, le programme de formation relatif aux politiques du groupe en matière de compliance et d'éthique.
    • Vous collaborez avec les autres fonctions de contrôle, notamment la gestion du risque, pour assurer une approche cohérente et un bon monitoring des risques au sein du groupe.
    • Vous développez une vue d'ensemble des processus du groupe et participez à leur amélioration.
    • Vous collaborez étroitement avec l'audit interne.
    • Vous préparez et présentez les reporting de votre activité de manière périodique et en assurez le suivi.
    • Vous assurez la mise en œuvre effective des plans d'actions de mesures correctives suite aux audits internes ou inspections, liés à des questions de compliance.
    • Vous suivez attentivement l'évolution des règles, standards et bonnes pratiques en matière d'éthique et de compliance et anticipez leur mise en œuvre au sein du groupe.

    Profil

    • Vous avez une formation universitaire ou équivalente, de préférence dans le domaine juridique.
    • Vous pouvez vous prévaloir de minimum 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle pertinente.
    • Vous disposez idéalement d'une expérience dans le secteur de l'armement, la défense ou de la sécurité. Être familiarisé avec des environnements régulés vous aidera à comprendre les particularités du secteur dans lequel vous évoluez.
    • Vous avez une grande capacité d'initiative et d'influence utiles à la mise en place et à l'efficacité de cette nouvelle fonction au sein du Groupe Herstal.
    • Vous êtes rigoureux (se) et organisé (e) et disposez d'un esprit analytique et de synthèse.
    • Doté d'un bon relationnel, vous interagissez facilement et efficacement avec les différents départements et êtes en mesure de travailler seul et en équipe.
    • Vous avez une parfaite maitrise du français et l'anglais (oral et écrit).
    • Vous préservez la discrétion et la confidentialité des informations du groupe.
