    Job Title:
    Country Sales Manager (Livestock Engineering Solutions)

    Our client is a leading provider of innovative engineering solutions in the agricultural sector, dedicated to enhancing the productivity and efficiency of farming operations.

    With a diverse range of products and services, they pride themselves on delivering tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of their valued clients.

    As they continue to expand their market presence in the United Kingdom, they are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Professional Sales Person to join their team.

    Are you a results-driven Sales Professional with exceptional interpersonal skills to actively engage customer prospects and drive sales growth in the UK.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling their range of agricultural engineering products (Livestock housing and heavy duty mobile equipment) and services, while ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and retention.

    Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships within the farming community.
    Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and follow up on sales referrals.
    Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction.
    Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within schedule.
    Maintain and report on sales funnel through regular meetings and feedback to the Managing Director (MD).
    Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
    Analyse and report on sales territory, including market potential and competitive activities.
    Continuously improve the sales effort through feedback and engagement with the MD.
    Submit sales forecasts with continuous updates.

    Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the general engineering sector, with a focus on agri engineering solutions.

    Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
    Ability to create and deliver solutions tailored to the farming community's needs.
    Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Agri Engineering or related field preferred.
    Excellent working knowledge of CAD, MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
    Adopt a solution-driven approach in sales engagement.
    Identify prospective customers and ensure high quote/sales order conversion rates.
