    Description
    A dynamic, award-winning Building & Architecture Consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to enhance their Birmingham office.
    The Senior Architectural Technologist role

    The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will join a dynamic and friendly team of professionals, working across a broad range of sectors on exciting projects such as Healthcare, Education and Residential.

    The incoming Senior Architectural Technologist will be proficient in Revit, working in a hybrid capacity with the ability to work from home 2 days a week to promote a good work / life balance and will manage two Assistants.

    This could be the perfect opportunity for an Architectural Technologist who feels they've hit a ceiling in their current role and have the desire to take a step up, manage juniors, and make a real impact.

    Or, an established Senior looking for a flexible and friendly company with a great culture and expanding portfolio.
    Support and mentor junior staff, including Apprentices and Part I / Part II Student.
    Evidence supporting technical data in project folders.
    Assist the Project Team with designing to a budget. Participate in project reviews and coordination workshops.

    Assist in gathering and preparing information required to support statutory submissions, such as Planning, Building Regulations and Building Safety Gateways.

    Negotiate with statutory bodies, write reports and complete statutory submissions (planning Applications / Gateway Submissions / Building Regulations etc).

    The Senior Architectural Technologist
    Proficient in Revit
    Good knowledge of UK Construction and Building Law.
    Hybrid Working - 2 days per week
    ~25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service
