    Due to Direct Hoist's continued growth and success, we require a trainee hire controller

    You will be based at our Kirton in Lindsey Depot, DN21 4JR near Scunthorpe.

    You will be joining one of the UK's leading and fastest growing hoist hire companies.

    This is an ideal excellent opportunity to train to become a skilled hire controller and to join a company on a long-term basis that values their employees.

    The role of Trainee Hire Controller

    • This role will underpin knowledge on the short and long term hire processes of plant, tools, machinery or equipment. You will be one of the first points of contact for customers, but will also learn to work as part of the team to develop in-depth knowledge in terms of product operation, health and safety, and environmental considerations. Furthermore, you will learn how to advise customers on the right plant, tools or equipment for the job and how to use it.
    • The trainee will be working alongside qualified hire controller at the office
    • Applicants need to be competent in maths and English
    • Show willingness to learn and are team players
    • Show good communication and problems solving skills
