At Ideal Employment, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent service, an honest approach, and delivering high-quality staff. This is a full-time role for a Recruitment Consultant located in West Bromwich.

    As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for a range of day-to-day tasks including making outbound sales calls, consulting with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, effective communication, and recruiting top talent.

    Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager or similar role
    Not afraid to pick up the phone and speak to a different range of clients and candidates
    Starting salary of £25,000 - £35,000 excluding bonuses and commission with a rage of great incentives
