    Description

    We have an excellent opportunity for a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to step into a Head of Department role established law firm in Farnham, Surrey.

    Our dynamic firm is actively growing and as a result, we are seeking a talented Commercial Property Solicitor 6+ years of PQE to Head up our thriving Property Department in Farnham, Surrey.

    We have a modern approach, using up to date case management systems to ensure an efficient and cost-effective experience for their clients.

    We are offering a unique opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor 6+ years PQE to join this expanding practice .

    You will handle all forms of Property matters including instruction to post-completion including all aspects of real estate matters from landlord & tenant work, development, real estate finance, and sales and acquisitions and you will be responsible for supervising a dynamic team including a newly qualified solicitor and secretarial support.

    You will be working closely with the Partners of the department with the opportunity to combine home and office working.

    Previous experience handling Commercial Property matters
    ~ Dynamic, detail-oriented, and ambitious for career progression
    ~28 days annual leave for Head of Department, 25 days for fee earners, plus bank holidays and Christmas in addition
    ~ Discretionary bonus based on individual performance
    ~ Private medical insurance
    ~ Car Parking for fee earners
    ~ Standard pension contributions
