    JMQ is currently seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join one of our esteemed clients. We are in search of a dedicated hospitality professional who can deliver exceptional service with finesse.

    As a Waiter/Waitress, your key responsibilities will include:

    • Warmly welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor
    • Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings
    • Providing efficient and friendly service in a timely manner
    • Personalizing interactions with guests and seizing upselling opportunities
    • Creating memorable experiences and emotional connections with guests
    • Ensuring accurate processing of bills
    • Striving to enhance service quality at every opportunityDo you possess the following qualifications?
    • Strong proficiency in food and beverage service, particularly in afternoon tea
    • Previous experience in a luxury 5-star hospitality environment
    • A flair for hospitality, a passion for service, and a conscientious attitude
    • Confidence, professionalism, and an engaging personality
    • Ability to innovate and surprise guests with exceptional service
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Proficiency in clear conversational English; knowledge of foreign languages is a plusIn addition to a competitive salary, we provide a range of excellent benefits to our team members, including:
