    Deputy Manager Children's Home
    6k DOE plus time and a third for overtime

    Service:
    Children's Residential Care Home

    Service Users:
    Young People age 6 to 17, Emotional Behaviour Disorder
    Home Size: 3 Young People is Max occupancy

    Contract Type:
    Permanent / Full-Time
    Level 3 Diploma in Residential Child Care

    Min Experience Required:
    at least 2 years' experience relevant to residential care in the last 5 years
    Excellent opportunity for an experienced, qualified candidate to join the team in one of our children's residential homes.

    Our client is a rapidly expanding organization currently offering a very competitive salary plus benefits, including a quality bespoke training package and generous remuneration for sleep-in shifts.

    They specialize in supporting Children and Young People who have suffered early life trauma, neglect, or abuse and may display challenging behaviours.

    To lead the team to deliver high-quality care to our young people
    To ensure that all risks are safely managed in line with the company policies and procedures
    To review the young people's care plans and other associated documentation
    To undertake an in-depth quality and bespoke training package
    Children's Homes Regulations 2015 (including quality standards)
    Must have a full manual driving licence
    Must be fully flexible and have the ability to work unsociable shift patterns
    Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare or equivalent
    The desire to develop into a Registered Children's Home Manager
