    About the jobHCL Tech's Microsoft Business Applications Practice - (MBAP) is seeking a Senior Microsoft D365 FSCM Consultant - Asset Management (Production) to join their award-winning and growing team.

    The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant will work with the client business users to gather requirements and with MBAP's internal team of Architects, Consultants, Developers, and Testers for the Solution Delivery.

    The ideal candidate will have worked on multiple Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects, with a focus in Asset Management (Production) and will have good knowledge of implementation life cycles from end-to-end.

    This person will be a confident communicator and a good co-ordinator whilst being able to handle stakeholders at all levels within an organisation.

    They will ideally have experience of managing teams of Consultants and will be used to owning elements of the functional design and delivery.

    Key Roles and ResponsibilitiesTake ownership of all aspects of Financial Management module, working with the business stakeholders and successful delivery of the programmeAssist with kick-offs, requirement gathering and knowledge transfer sessions; evaluate the client business processes and provide Business requirement documentAnalyse client requirements and objectives, suggest Business Re-Engineering processes, eliminate non-value addition processes and derive how best the software can address clients' business processPerform Fit-gap analysis, convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documentsConfigure and showcase Financial Management processes/systems as to how the solution meets client business requirements like Chart of Accounts, Consolidation of Accounts, Financial Reporting per Business unit/department, Exchange Rates, Intercompany Accounting, Ledger Accruals and Allocations, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank ManagementShould have experience in handling SIT, End user training, UAT and Go LiveSould have experience in data migration activities and approach for itMentor other consultants in delivering according to client expectations; take ownership and deliver successful completion of projects including documents, user manualsParticipate in the development of functional design documentation and technical specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans, perform SIT testingFacilitate functional sessions and weekly status meetings with clients, including the ability to drive a client to decisionsConduct functional testing of modifications and sub-processes during the implementation processTest and deploy Microsoft Dynamics system; including executing the pilot/implementation/deployment of new requirements or enhancements to the Workday application and integration supportEnsure delivery of high-quality services and products to customersWork with customer to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframeSkills RequiredExtensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 and Dynamics 365 F&O ImplementationsExperience on at least 3-4 end-to-end implementation projects and awareness of typical implementation methodologies for Dynamics projectsProven understanding of and primary responsibility for solutions in Financial and Project Management Accounting and also multi-country and multi- currency AX implementations in Dynamics 365 F&O or other AX versionsMust have expertise knowledge & experience on Asset Management (Production), Fixed Assets, AP/AR, General Ledger, Supply chain, Taxation, Project accounting and AuditExcellent communication skills along with good analysis and documentation skillsA positive and can-do approachExperience working in a collaborative environmentExhibit HCL's Guiding PrinciplesAdvanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and VisioAbility to work remotely and on customer site; some travel expectedAppropriate Microsoft Dynamics 365 certificationsExperience using DevOps for tracking deliverables, risks, and issuesHave led a team to deliver a project module solution and deliverableEducational QualificationsMBA/M.Com/ CA or any other equivalent graduation in a reputed universityCertifications in AX Finance modules desirableHCLTech is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
