- Source and engage with a sufficient volume of suitable prospective clients, focusing on C-suite technical personnel.
- Make a high volume of calls and employ effective engagement practices to optimise response and conversion rates.
- Maintain timely follow-up with all clients within 24 hours, ensuring consistent communication and nurturing of relationships.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of 'hire, train, deploy' solutions and the challenges faced by target customers in the enterprise sector.
- Act as an ambassador for AiCore, representing our brand professionally and assertively.
- Host calls and effectively communicate our value propositions to prospective customers.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with strong references supporting capabilities and accomplishments.
- You will have at least 18 months experience in either direct B2B sales, HTD, account management, or a similar revenue generating role. Preferably, you will have gained this experience within a public or private sector consultancy services environment

- Interest in Data, AI and Automation and its role in society and industry
- Industry-specific knowledge and understanding of existing solution provision in the industry.
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn and sales workflow tools preferred.

We are seeking outstanding Business Development and Growth professionals to join our new business team, tasked with attracting new organisations that could benefit from our services. Your role will involve identifying and engaging with C-suite technical executives, presenting our solutions that are designed to meet their specific needs.

Interview process:
1. Phone screen
You'll first talk over the phone for ~15 minutes and won't need to prepare anything in advance. The goal of this conversation is to make sure you understand what the role is, that the logistics work for you and a chance for you to ask any questions about our company, team culture, and product.
2. Interview.
You will have a longer, in-depth conversation. This is so we can get to know you and mutually explore if we might be a good fit for each other. You won't need to prepare anything in advance. This is primarily used to get a better feel for your experience, how you work, and where you may fit in.
3. Roleplay/case study
Everyone has different strengths, and we want you to do your best work. Our goal is for you to demonstrate your sales skills. You will conduct a roleplay as a business development consultant for AiCore.
4. Reference conversations.
We will talk to a few people you've worked with before to learn more about how we can best work with you. We expect to hear great things, so this is primarily to figure out how we can work with you as effectively as possible.
