- Outbound calling both new prospects and existing clients
- Booking online demonstrations and/or face-to-face meetings for our flagship adviser propositions
- To proactively call and understand the needs of and engage with prospects/customers who have either shown an interest in our products or introduce them to our solutions either through lead generation or referral activity.
- To follow up marketing activity to actively encourage attendance at product webinars or to arrange demos
- Answering potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
- To proactively call existing clients to book meetings in line with campaigns, increasing flows and widening foothold in firms.
- Where required work with the onboarding team to ensure clients are getting the best out of the service through usage of FEA/Digi/Portal – work with AM, BDM & Onboarding specialist.
- Support regions and territory grow and retain assets under management in line with BDM efforts
- Raising awareness of all model ranges and broader FE Fundinfo proposition
- Develop skills as required to fulfil the role, understand tools and systems
- Learn our product and service offerings, functionality, market positioning and competitive advantages.
- Work towards industry examinations
- You will have a strong understanding of the funds and investments industry
- You come with solid sales experience within financial services
- You have excellent communication skills conveying confidence, sincerity and professionalism, with an ability to build rapport at all levels of an organisation
- You are a self-starter – identifying opportunities and gaps through client conversations
- You have strong presentation skills – reinforce the FEI proposition to clients
- You are an effective communicator – explaining our proposition effectively (in detail/light touch as appropriate)
- You have excellent time management and ability to organise time effectively
- You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
