    Job Title: Paid Media Manager - German Speaking

    Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Paid Media Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and optimising paid media campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing paid media strategies across various platforms, including PPC, paid social, display, and programmatic. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record of success in paid media management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to each client's objectives and target audience.
    • Manage all aspects of paid media campaigns, including campaign setup, optimisation, and performance tracking.
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, analysing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimisation.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure campaign alignment and success.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media advertising.
    • Provide regular reporting and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and innovative approaches to paid media, incorporating them into campaign strategies as appropriate.
    • Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their growth and development.
