    Flexible, Hybrid Working

    The office is for you to use as much as you like, as a minimum our UK Implementation team works from our Tottenham Court Road office at least 2-3 days per week.

    Alongside the flexible benefits subject matter expert; gather the technical requirements from a prospect to ensure the engineering and implementation teams understand the scope of works required and can provide timeframes for key project deliverables and can deliver a project delivery plan
    Work with the Sales, Client Success, Engineering, Security and Implementation teams to develop a proposed solution, ensuring that all proposed solutions matches the design and delivery capabilities of the technology
    Work with the subject matter expert for Flexible Benefits, supporting in consultation on standard methodology benefits structures to internal and external partners
    Project and partner management of the entire end to end flexible benefits implementation process from sales to launch with the support of the Flexible Benefits subject matter expert
    Ongoing implementation support after launch for outstanding Client programmes
    Training and seamless transition of programme to Client Success Manager & Client Support Teams
    Managing, project planning and delivering the implementation of new Client programmes
    Collaborating closely with Project Team and any benefit design subject matter experts for special projects
    Willingness to learn about benefit design and working with the flexible benefits subject matter experts to achieve this
    Proven successful client-facing and project management experience
    The ability to react and respond quickly and effectively
    A whizz with sophisticated and high volume data
    Telephone call with a member of the Talent Acquisition Team
    Video Interview with our Head of Implementation & our Director of Solutions Delivery
