    Description

    We are collaborating with a leading communications company that highly values innovation, integrity, and excellence in providing cutting-edge solutions to their clients. The team is growing and is currently in search of a new infrastructure engineer.



    Job Overview:

    Being an Infrastructure Engineer specializing in networking, you will have a significant role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure top-notch performance, reliability, and security. You will work closely with various teams to meet our evolving technology needs and contribute to the development of scalable and efficient infrastructure and networking solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:
    - Design, deploy, and upkeep network infrastructure, which includes routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
    - Implement and enhance network configurations to fulfill business requirements and boost performance.
    - Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime, and guarantee uninterrupted operations.
    - Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with existing systems and applications, including WI-Fi & LAN.
    - Conduct periodic security assessments and implement suitable measures to safeguard against cyber threats.
    - Evaluate emerging networking technologies and suggest solutions to enhance infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.

    Experience & Knowledge:
    - Background in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure & Basic cloud Tech within M365 – (AD, AZURE).
    - Proficient in configuring and resolving issues related to Cisco, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.
    - Solid grasp of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing protocols, and network security principles.
    - Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
    - Strong understanding of Storage & backup tech.
    - Possession of relevant certifications like CCNA, CCNP, IS(phone number removed), or their equivalents is highly valued.
