About the Company:
The Royal Society of Medicine is seeking a Customer Services Executive to join their team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. The role involves a mix of office-based (central London) and remote work.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing customer data and CRM
- Processing event bookings and payments
- Providing general customer service via face-to-face, telephone, and email
