- Experienced across the full range of generalist HR duties at HRBP (or Senior Advisor) level and ideally CIPD qualified.
- Experience of complex ER issues and solid expertise around employment legislation and best practice.
- Experience of working within professional services (ideal but not essential).
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to adapt your style to different individuals/situations.
- Proven experience of developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders to implement change and new ways of working.
