    Full Job Description


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Attend weekly meetings and take minutes for typing and distributing
    • Take telephone queries and questions and deal with or pass to the relevant members of the team
    • Organise, manage and distribute all incoming post including internal documents
    • Document Control – Assist in the upkeep and circulation of drawings/design information, liaising with site and internal
    departments as required


    • Support and assist with data entry for internal electronic management systems
    • Manage and maintain digital filing systems for the departments, keeping accurate data records on subcontractors, trades
    • All Supplier and Subcontractor administration collated and correct
    • All invoice queries to be assessed and cleared (where possible)
    • Create purchase orders, ensure all invoices are recorded digitally for each development
    • Assist and support the 'day-to-day' running and general administration duties of the department
    • Provide secretarial support to the department and wider business where required


    The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate proven experience within a similar role, aiding the wider Commercial and Technical teams whilst also possessing strong administration skills.

    Experience of working for a housebuilder or construction company would be advantageous however, is not essential.

    A self-sufficient, experienced administrator with the ability to provide excellent written and verbal communication, whilst also working well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is essential.

    Strong organisation skills along with the ability to prioritise workload with excellent attention to detail are an essential part of this role.



    You will also possess:

    • Extensive knowledge and application of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
    • Experience of the COINS ERP system is desirable, yet not essential as full training will be provided.
    • The ability to work under your own initiative and manage time effectively.
    • A flexible and adaptable approach to changing requirements.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
