    Description

    I have partnered exclusively with my long standing client who is a leading manufacturer within the hygiene, beauty and healthcare industry, globally.

    They have a huge focus on ethical practices and sustainability which has led to a really positive and fun work culture and environment.

    I am supporting them on an exiting role - (German Speaking) Learning & Development Manager, EMEA

    Whilst the ideal candidate would come from fashion, beauty or hospitality my client is open to candidates who are passionate about this sector and those who are aligned with the culture of the organisation.

    This is a hybrid role and my client is super flexible when it comes to "office days" and would require only 1-2 days a week at their Central London HQ.

    This role could appeal to those who have left London but are still within are within a manageable commutable distance.

    The role:

    Lead on the essentials of the Group, to address learning gaps, and demonstrate clear ROI of training for the organisation.

    Be a trusted advisor to executives, leaders, HRBPs & employees on all aspects of Talent Management and Learning & Development.

    Lead projects regarding new tools, technologies and processes or to improve existing methods focusing to deliver an added value for HR and the business areas, including enhancement of a comprehensive blended learning curriculum for all business areas.

    Supporting, coaching and guiding the project work and continuous development of junior L&D/HR colleagues.

    What you will do:

    Management Processes, providing guidance on objective-setting, and working with regional leaders and the Americas region to improve Performance Management practices.

    Career & Succession Management: Support HRBPs & Leaders to identify high-potential employees, develop succession plans, and ensure a robust pipeline of talent for critical roles within the organization across EMEA.

    Employee Development and Training: Designing, delivering and leading training and development programs tailored to the needs of Employees in the EMEA region, including leadership development and skills enhancement initiatives.

    Implementation & maintenance of Learning & Development related Systems: Vendor management, cooperation with EIS & Legal, create content for Systems and administrate, Analysis & Reporting.

    Talent Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing data and analytics to assess talent needs, track key talent metrics, and make data-driven talent management decisions specific to the EMEA region.

    Change Management Support: Providing guidance and support to employees and managers in the EMEA region during periods of organizational change.

    Role model Leadership values: Whilst supporting, coaching and guiding the project work and continuous development of junior L&D/HR staff members.

    Due to the stakeholder relationships and the business area, the German language skill is a requirement for the role.
