- Engaging in back-end software development to continually enhance and elevate our Mercury 3rd party integrations and API offerings.
- Collaborating with Developers, QA Analysts, and Product Owners within an Agile development setup to deliver high-quality software increments.
- Performing code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality.
- Collaborating with the Product team to refine and comprehend requirements, and establish acceptance criteria in coordination with the development team.
- Contributing to fostering an innovative culture within the organization.
- A minimum of 2 years of commercial experience leveraging C# for web APIs development, with a robust grasp of software design patterns and SOLID Principles.
- Practicing clean coding methodologies to produce easily understandable and sustainable code, with a focus on quality and standards.
- Demonstrating strong analytical capabilities to translate use cases, user stories, and specifications into functional applications.
- Experience working in Agile environments and with lifecycle management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Unit testing (e.g., MSTest, NUnit), proficiency in source control (preferably Git), and exposure to Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities
As a crucial member of our Integrations team, the Software Developer role involves spearheading the development and maintenance of our 3rd party API integrations using C#. You will work alongside a team comprising 4 Developers, 3 QA Engineers, and a Development Lead. Your key tasks will include:
